Want to hand recurring work to Grok Bots while keeping ownership, access and approvals clear? We plan and configure a focused first workflow for AI agents in your business, review it with your team and support the agreed operation. You receive a practical process with documented boundaries and a clear next step.

The essential answer
According to the product overview, Grok Bot is an AI agent that works on a persistent cloud computer with a browser, files and a terminal (checked October 25, 2026). lol.marketing LLC independently sets up Grok Bots for business: use-case design, account review, connectors, skills, routines, multi-bot coordination and training. Our work is scoped individually, with pricing on request. Provider subscriptions and usage are billed separately.

02 / LIMITS
Good implementation starts with a task you can evaluate. We establish the result your team needs, the material required and the person who decides how it is used. This becomes a pilot brief. Scope can start with one Bot and a few sources; further connections and roles follow when there is a clear reason for them.
We check access in the intended account and record the owner, administrator and backup contact. According to the computer documentation, one user’s Bots share files and browser sessions. We therefore plan sensitive work around the access required. An additional Bot name does not create a separate permission boundary. The resulting ownership record remains understandable when staff change.
The app help documents Gmail, Calendar, Drive and Slack among other services. We check which connection is available and permitted in your account before committing to it. For each required service, we record the account, data scope, permitted actions and revocation procedure. Where supported, access is limited in the source service. Starting with reading makes output easier to evaluate.
The skills documentation distinguishes reusable task instructions from routines that determine execution. We turn your process into defined inputs, checks and expected output. This includes missing-source handling and a stop before actions with external effects. In the agreed project, schedules are enabled after a jointly evaluated test.
Shared Team Bots are a separate concept from several personal Bots. We choose the arrangement around ownership and collaboration. One role might gather evidence, another prepare a draft, while a responsible person accepts the result. Handoffs include source dates and open questions. When one Bot is sufficient, the process stays simple.
An internal weekly briefing is one possible starting point: explicitly named project documents produce a list of outstanding issues with references. Another pilot could prepare approved documents for a meeting or sort incoming information against agreed criteria. These are examples for planning, rather than customer case studies or promised results.
We choose a task with limited impact and clear acceptance criteria, including how the manual process works today. If inputs, desired output or ownership remain unclear, we resolve those points first. The product comparison helps determine whether Bot, regular chat or a custom API integration suits the project.
First, we describe a concrete process together and define the project boundary. We then review the account, available features, source systems and necessary approvals. This becomes an implementation scope with owners and acceptance criteria. Unresolved contractual or privacy questions receive a responsible reviewer; technical configuration does not automatically resolve them.
For the pilot, we use agreed test material with as little data as practical. We check the normal case, a missing source, conflicting information and an action that must stop for approval. We then review quality and required corrections. A successful demonstration does not replace failure testing. Acceptance determines whether you proceed to the agreed operation, revise the workflow or stop it.
The approval help describes one-time permission, rules and denial. We establish who evaluates the recipients, content and effect of a proposed action. Sending, publishing, payments and production changes receive explicit decision points. A general request for assistance is not treated as blanket permission to send messages or make purchases in our project.
According to the security FAQ, cloud computers currently run in the US and self-hosting is not supported. We document the proposed data flow and required data classes. Your business reviews the contract, legal basis and any international transfer with the appropriate specialists. We support preparation and technical implementation without a blanket GDPR assurance.
The model help says routing can include third-party models. Some network and audit controls are Enterprise features according to the security documentation. We check required controls before the pilot and document gaps. If a mandatory requirement cannot be met, the decision includes another operating approach or declining that use case.
Training uses practical tasks: writing a clear brief, checking evidence, correcting a draft, declining approval and stopping a run. We work with the configured workflows and explain which decisions remain human responsibilities. Administrator handover covers account ownership, access revocation and handling staff departures.
Agreed support can include connector changes, expired sign-ins, skill revisions and retesting. We define the contact channel, scope and owners. Response arrangements and additional services are specified in the proposal. This does not imply continuous monitoring or round-the-clock availability. A material change in data access triggers a new review of the affected workflow before it resumes.
The agreed deliverables include configuration and documentation your team can use to continue the process. We record which account uses each source, where output is stored and when a person must intervene. Acceptance also records known limitations. Unresolved issues remain visible rather than disappearing behind a general success message.
Our implementation, training and support are priced on request. Scope depends on the number and complexity of workflows, connected systems, required testing and agreed support. The proposal separates initial setup, ongoing support and external costs. Our fee does not replace a provider subscription, and we do not resell a manufacturer licence as our own.
For provider access, the pricing page lists Grok Bot from the Premium plan at USD 30 per month, as checked on October 25, 2026; Super costs USD 100 and Ultra USD 200. Free and Plus do not include Grok Bot. Taxes and fees may apply. The current plan help lists further new and legacy access routes with different usage allowances. Before the project begins, we need confirmation of account access, contacts for the source systems and someone to accept the business output. Plan changes and paid additional usage are agreed in advance.
Prepare with focused guides to connectors and permissions, skills and routines and Bot teams. The security and privacy guide identifies review points. For media work, the Imagine workflow completes the series.
The existing AI System Check helps assess your business starting point. It is not a dedicated Grok project form. If you already have specific requirements, email hello@lol.marketing with the subject “Grok Bot setup”. Describe the workflow, systems involved and the person responsible for the result. Please do not send passwords or confidential customer documents.
Implementation and support are provided independently by lol.marketing LLC. We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by xAI or SpaceXSI. Product names are used descriptively. See SpaceXSI for the current manufacturer presence; lol.marketing LLC alone provides the service described here.
Grok is the general chat experience. Grok Bot is an AI agent for ongoing work with its own cloud computer. We establish which approach fits your task before configuring it.
According to the pricing page, Grok Bot is included from Premium at USD 30 per month, not in Free or Plus, as checked on October 25, 2026. You also need appropriate source-system permissions. We review legacy subscriptions and team access individually.
Relevant connections are documented, including in the connector security overview. We check availability, access scope and required actions in your account before committing to the project scope.
The collaboration documentation describes groups and handoffs. We design roles and ownership, adding Bots where they help the workflow.
We define approvals by impact, particularly for sending, publishing, purchases, deletion and production changes. The configured rules and responsible reviewer are documented and tested in the pilot.
The security FAQ describes Cursor-hosted cloud computers. Self-hosting is not part of our implementation offer.
We prepare documentation of purpose, sources, access and controls. The appropriate reviewers in your organisation assess the specific use. We do not promise blanket GDPR compliance or provide legal advice.
Pricing is on request. You receive an agreed scope, with implementation and support separated from provider subscriptions, usage and other third-party costs.
