Claude in practice

Claude artifacts: interactive tools for clear decisions

We develop an internal dashboard, tracker or comparison with understandable data rules and deliberate sharing.

LOL.MARKETING / CONNECTING INTELLIGENCE

The essential answer

A Claude artifact is useful when it supports a concrete decision. lol.marketing connects the interface to defined data, permissions and verifiable metrics.

From idea into operations

A clear next step.

You know what is being built, how it is checked and who takes over.

01

Understand

One task. A clear goal.

We establish the starting point, owners and intended output.

02

Assess

Ask the right questions first.

Data, permissions, quality and effort shape the right approach.

03

Connect

Components become a workflow.

We build, test and document the agreed process.

04

Operate

Make it dependable every day.

Your team takes over with approvals, fallback and clear ownership.

Start with the decision the interface should support

What decision should your team make more effectively: prioritize projects, compare metrics or track tasks? We identify the information needed and build a clear structure with understandable labels. Unnecessary charts and metrics are omitted so the actual task stays visible.

Define values, sources and visibility

Each metric has a definition, time range and source. Zero, missing data and technical errors display differently. For connected sources, we inspect viewer permissions and the intended audience. Stored content is reviewed too. Visually hiding information is not the same as protecting it.

Test different roles and screen sizes

Acceptance compares values with their sources and opens the artifact using the intended user roles. Small screens, keyboard operation and clear error messages are included. You receive the agreed working version and maintenance guidance. The system check clarifies whether an artifact is sufficient or a separate application with different infrastructure is needed.

Assess Docs, Slides and Design separately

Our editorial snapshot of 23 September 2026 distinguished ordinary artifacts from the Docs, Slides and Design templates described in the detailed help as paid-plan beta features. Read that classification as the source position at the time; current plan information is not fully consistent.

Checked 29 September 2026: official plan information currently differs. The release notes include Docs and Slides on Free, while the Artifacts/Docs help pages and pricing table still describe paid-plan access. A complete Free rollout is therefore unconfirmed. Check the feature in the intended account. Enterprise requires an owner to enable it.

Before implementation, check the actual document type and its sharing rules: a permission available for a presentation must not be assumed for Docs. Current Docs help says that Docs cannot be shared outside Team or Enterprise organizations. A reviewed export may therefore be the appropriate handover method for a customer report rather than a shared live document.

Keep it verifiable
